Get the support you need to become a confident childcare leader

Although the skills needed for effective coaching and mentoring are very similar, one of the main differences between them is that with coaching you do not have to be an expert in your coachee’s field, whereas in mentoring you do need a strong working knowledge of the subject.

I don’t pretend to know how to manage a nursery as I have never done so, but I have founded a division of a successful business (Crechendo Training). During my nine years there I was actively involved with recruiting, developing and running the business.

Because of this, I work very effectively alongside new leaders/managers and helped them meet the very demanding challenges of learning how to lead effectively.

I am a critical friend, sounding board and most of all a shoulder to lean on when needed.
