Executive coaching to help you improve confidence, skills and performance

When I enrolled on the ILM Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching, I was unaware of the impact that it was going to have on my career and my life.

I quickly learned that giving people time and space to think can so be such a powerful force – and I have since had the pleasure of providing other people with the opportunity to discover the same!

I now work one-to one with nursery managers, deputies and aspiring leaders, and my job is simply to listen to them, ask them appropriate questions, and then watch them move themselves to where they would like to be.

Before undertaking any coaching contract, I insist on an initial meeting, just to make sure that we feel we can work together. If you or I do not feel comfortable, then we would not continue with the relationship. We have a contract that states very clearly that our sessions are completely confidential, that there is not reporting structure, and unless they disclose something immoral or illegal, I will never disclose our discussions to anyone.

If you feel that you or members of your team could benefit from experience, please to do get in touch.

“I would highly recommend Alice to other organisations who were thinking of using coaching as a tool to develop their leaders. We will continue to use her services.”
